Does ClioFlow store any data?
No. ClioFlow never stores your Zendesk data. Instead, our system saves all backups directly into your AWS account.
Is a test backup required?
No. While test backups are optional, they allow you to verify your configuration. Specifically, you can run three tests before buying.
Can I choose which data or fields to back up?
Yes. You can select specific Zendesk fields or tickets. By default, all data is selected so you can start backing up immediately.
Can I schedule repeated backups?
Of course you can. After the first paid backup, you can set up additional backups with a chosen start date. Synchronization is available only for the existing backups.
Is ClioFlow secure?
Yes. All backups are stored in your AWS account, and ClioFlow never stores or accesses your Zendesk data beyond the backup process. Security and ownership remain entirely with you.
